Happy Sunday, yogis! Your pose of the week is Salamba Sarvangasana, also known as Supported Shoulder Stand in Sanskrit. Watch the video below for a step-by-step tutorial!

If this variation of shoulder stand feels too intense or unreachable, or if you feel pressure in the chest, you can simply lie down on your back, place a yoga block underneath your sacrum, and raise the legs straight up toward the sky. As your practice continues to deepen, so will this pose, so no need to rush.
